Dr. Ihao Chen, President and CEO
Dr. Chen has over 30 years experience in EDA research, development, and management. Prior to founding Incentia, Dr. Chen was the co-founder and VP Engineering of ACEO Technologies, Inc. He also served as senior consultant to the CAD Lab at Sun Microsystems, held management positions in SynTest and Cadence, and worked as CAD researcher at Texas Instruments. Dr. Chen received his BSEE degree from National Taiwan University and his M.S. and PhD degrees from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Carnegie-Mellon University. Dr. Chen is the author of 8 US patents and has several other US patents pending.

Al Lipinski, VP Sales - North America & Europe
Al Lipinski has over 30 years as an international sales and marketing executive with emphasis in EDA, ATE, and Solar Energy. He has extensive experience in the development and management of global sales and marketing channels throughout North America, Europe, Japan, and Asia. Al Lipinski has held management positions with companies such as Xslent Energy Technologies, EVE, Sequence Design, and Virtual Silicon. He was a key contributor to the successful IPO of Meta Software, Hspice, having held the position of Executive VP of Worldwide Sales. Lipinski has had several board positions with companies that address the supply chain and e-commerce industry. Lipinski has a BSEE from Southern Illinois University.
